Thanks from Save Popponesset Bay!

Dear Fore the Spit Golf Tournament attendees, Sponsors and SPB Supporters,

Please accept our Thanks for your ongoing support of our Fore the Spit 2nd Annual Golf Classic held on Monday October 5.

We had an almost perfect day following the Nor'Easter the prior Monday, well attended by 66 golfers plus Banquet Attendees.  Temps were low 70's, the Sun was out the entire day and the Dunes Course could not have shown better!

Together with our VERY successful Four for Fore raffle, proceeds exceeded $30K ...targeted to go directly to this year's ongoing beach dredge and sea-grass replenishment.

Special Thanks to our Reception Sponsor, Pastore Excavation;  our Bronze Sponsor, Clancy Construction;  and our Hole in One Boat Sponsor Bosuns' Marine.    While our attendance was down, our Spirits were high and all concur we need to continue this Signature Event to celebrate Save Popponesset Bay!   In that vein, PLEASE SAVE THE DATE:  MONDAY OCTOBER 4, 2027 for next year's outing.
